Cancellation Policy
Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service and ensures your time and date are reserved. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the service date will receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit) or can be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit and may incur additional fees. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans can change. Clients may reschedule up to 3 days before the service date without additional fees. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the service date may incur a rescheduling fee. Accuracy of Information: To provide the most accurate quote and ensure smooth service, all relevant details must be disclosed during the booking process. Changes to the service requirements after booking may result in additional fees. Late Payments: Payments must be completed by the agreed-upon date. Failure to pay on time may result in a delay or cancellation of service. Service Agreement: By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms of this policy and any additional terms outlined in your service agreement.
